We exist to turn immigrant ambition into American enterprise. Adirondack Immigrant Business Incubation provides immigrant entrepreneurs with the capital, mentorship, and networks they need to build lasting businesses and lasting roots in the United States.

We believe immigrants bring some of the world's most powerful entrepreneurial instincts: resilience forged by hard journeys, resourcefulness born of necessity, and a hunger to build something permanent for their families and communities. What's often missing isn't drive or talent; it's access. Access to capital that doesn't require generational wealth or a credit history most newcomers haven't had time to build. Access to mentors who understand both the American business landscape and the unique challenges of starting over in a new country. Access to a community that believes in their vision.

We close that gap. Through seed funding, hands-on business coaching, legal and regulatory guidance, and a network of fellow founders and established business leaders, we help immigrant entrepreneurs move from idea to income. We invest not just in businesses, but in the families behind them, the neighborhoods they will anchor, and the next generation who will inherit what they build.
