• In keeping with our mission, all applicants must be immigrants to the United States.

• Applicants must have a valid green card or be in the application process for a green card.

The Application Process

Our goal is to make the discovery and application process as streamlined and easy as possible, while still ensuring that the process enables all parties to make an informed decision regarding whether a partnership is possible..

Step 1: Complete the initial discovery form on our website.

Step 2: Informal Discovery Meeting. We will evaluate the information provided in the initial discovery form to ensure the proposal fits with our current investment criteria and company mission. If so, we will set up an informal discovery meeting where the applicant can discuss their vision in more detail.

Step 3: Formal Application Submitted. If, based on the informal discovery meeting, both parties think it makes sense to continue the process, the applicant will be invited to submit a formal application that includes a business plan, list of required start-up costs & a budget for the first year. We can assist with this process.

Step 4: Proposal Provided. We will review the application in a timely manner and decide whether it is possible to move forward. If so, we will provide a written plan and proposal offer to the applicant.

Step 5: Proposal Decision & Paperwork Completion. The final step is for the applicant to decide whether to accept the proposal and, if so, to complete the corresponding paperwork.
